We are having a beautiful 5 course dinner and dessert with each course being masterfully paired with a variety of wines.

1st course – Beet Salad with Goat Cheese and Balsamic Dressing, Paired with Cuvelier Los Andes Rose, 2022
2nd Course – Pan Fried Gnocchi with Roasted Tomatoes and Crispy Bacon, Paired with Atanea, Pinot Noir, 2015
3rd Course – Braised Beef Ribs with Creamy Polenta and Gremolata, Paired with Cuvee Del Mautata, 2014
4th Course - Spiced Lamb with Fragrant Rice, Paired with Cuvelier Los Andes, Malbec, 2019
5th Course – Mushroom Bourguignon, Paired with Cuvelier Los Andes, Gran Vin 2016
