The Gold Hill Hotel (as seen on Ghost Adventures and proclaimed the 8th most haunted location in Nevada) continues to offer Historical Ghost Tours in 2023. The tours run 2 times a day every other Thursday starting Thursday, March 9th! These tours benefit The Comstock Foundation for History and Culture. Hosted by the Northern Nevada Ghost Hunters (NNGH), your evening will start with a gourmet dinner in the Crown Point restaurant (one of the best restaurants on the Comstock). Please note: On Bonus Tour Nights 3/30, 6/29, and 8/31 there will be only one 7:00pm tour and 5:30pm dinner seating time.
After dinner, NNGH will guide you back in time with tales of the history and the hauntings of the hotel and the surrounding area, known as Slippery Gulch. Using ghost hunting tools and techniques, you can try to make contact with the spirits still in residence at the hotel. Please note that you will be touring some of the actual haunted rooms in the hotel as well!
Before the tour or during the intermission, quench your thirst and calm your nerves with a drink in the 150 year old bar, as frequented by Mark Twain back in the day! This is sure to be an evening to remember. Come join us!
The base fee for tour only is $35. The tour and dinner package adds an additional $25 fee for each ticket purchased so total package price would be $60 per ticket for the tour and dinner, does not include gratuity and transaction fees, please tip your server. Entrée selected the night of your tour.
