Summer Wine 6 Course Dinner and Party!

The dinner seating time is 5:30 pm.
We are having a beautiful 6 course dinner with each course being masterfully paired with a variety of wines.
Seating is at 5:30 p.m. on July 22nd at the Gold Hill Hotel and Crown Point Restaurant

1st course – Appetizer - Coconut Shrimp & Lobster Bisque w/Montmartre Rose Sec, France
2nd Course – Salad - Summer Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, w/Orchard Lane Sauvignon Blanc, 2021, New Zealand
3rd Course – Starter - Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp with Bacon Jam, w/Secret de Lunes, Pinot Noir, 2018, France
4th Course - Bonus - Thai Chili Salmon with Basmati Rice, w/Canard Rose, Cuvee des Cendres, 2021, Napa Valley, CA
5th Course – Entrée - Ribeye and Lobster Ravioli w/mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables, w/Cuvelier Los Andes, Malbec, Argentina
6th Course – Dessert - Crème Brulee, w/Madrona Riesling, 2021, El Dorado County, CA
